“Overall the service is at very decent level but I would rather suggest for the future to notify a customer about any customs fees he might encounter along the way. In my case it's been quite a surprise (additional 750 zl (approx. 175 eur) to pay). Wool quality is superb, jackets are very comfortable to wear, nicely sewn. One detail still is slightly out of place: sleeves are a tad longer than it fits to my figure. I wonder why it is so because apart from that everything is in place (shoulder pads, blazer length etc.). I hope something could be done with them because it seems a tedious ordeal to send the jackets back.”

“A small warning about importing fees is not sufficient in my opinion. You should be transparent with customers and give an estimate of the percentage import fees per country in the EU. Paying an additional 33% to get the order to the Netherlands is outrageous and would have made me reconsider my purchase.”
