“I emailed your company on December 10th to explain that my order was missing gift wrapping. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an item I received yesterday, 9th December 2025, under order number 30067576. The order was for the following item: Product: Made in Scotland Cashmere Wide Scarf - Exploded Camel Thompson Customisation: Embroidery: Yes (Font: Serif, Colour: Gold, Text: NENG) Service Purchased: Gift Wrap: Yes Upon opening the parcel, I discovered that although the scarf and the embroidery customisation were correct, the Gift Wrap service that I purchased was missing. The item was not presented in the expected gift wrapping. As I paid for this additional service, I request that you immediately rectify this issue by sending the appropriate gift wrap materials to me. “I think Kiltane are a brilliant company their after sales are outstanding! I had an order that got delivered to wrong house, I message Kildane as I wasn’t getting anywhere with delivery company. Kildane sent my order out again I got it 2 days later! I find this refreshing so many companies take your money and that’s the end don’t want to help when things go wrong! 10/10 Service!”

“Your 'attempted ' delivery via DHL was a joke! They emailed me and said the only option for me to collect my order was at their depot - 17 miles from my home! There is no phone number on your website - very poor business practice! And despite the fact that I did find a phone number and call you - asking for a call back - you couldn't be bothered to do that and only emailed me. You also tried to delay giving me my refund when I cancelled the order - as - oddly enough - I wasn't willing to go 17 miles! Awful customer service and dreadful experience all round!”
