“I bought some earrings and a lovely suede bag, both of which arrived beautifully wrapped and really quickly. Unfortunately, the handle on the bag was faulty, advised Julia who asked for it to be returned. She contacted me to advise replacement would be slightly different colour, happy with that and now have replacement bag! Excellent service, thanks Julia! 😁”
