“The earring was set "back to front" with the smaller circle being on the inside of the design when the earring was worn. I attmpted to twist the loop setting and it broke (not too surprising). I didn't send the earring back because obviously I broke the earring but I have now sent for some new hooks to try to mend myself. I felt like I paid a lot of money for something that wasn't fit for purpose.”

“I am very pleased with the handbag/rucksack I ordered. Good colour and well made. The package arrived quickly and safely packaged.
