“Customer service was fantastic, really really helpful. Ordered the kadai starter fire pit plus some extra bits that were out of stock but Julia Rose managed to source them for me. My daughter was thrilled to bits with her Christmas present and can’t wait to use it. Will definitely be back to order some more bits or hopefully see you at Didsbury makers market. Thanks so much.”

“Ordered bracelets for gifts. One was out of stock, so was given option of what was available or a refund. Of course I choose another bracelet and was very pleased. The bracelets were very well received. I will be ordering again in the future.”

“I bought two pairs of suede gloves which were delivered promptly and beautifully packaged and wrapped!! The gloves were well made and of superb quality! The recipients of these gifts were thrilled with the gloves!! I will definitely be buying gifts from Julia Rose again!! Superb all round!!”
