“A lovely handbag but took so long to arrive with Royal Mail. I spoke to Julia and she advised me what to do but the handbag arrived the next day - 2weeks after it had been posted!! However, it all ended well (no thanks to Royal Mail issues) so I didn't need to take further action.”

“Love my new earrings! They are just what I’d been looking for as I wanted a mix of silver and rose gold to match a ring I already had. The item was delivered quickly and nicely wrapped in a pouch. They aren’t too heavy to wear and are a great length. Great quality and value for money, wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from Julia Rose 😊”
