“I purchased a handbag from Julia Rose, and decided I didn't like it so needed to return. I rang Julia Rose and had a very quick return phone call, explaining how to make my return. The lady who I spoke to was very polite and helpful, and my refund was given quickly also.”

“Great quality pink fingerless gloves which were received within three days of ordering. Thought the postage at £3.95 seemed a bit excessive though. Certainly would consider ordering again.”
