“I was very disappointed with my bracelet. It looks classy in the pictures but in real life the flat stones were tiny, and really shiny not just a nice sheen. It’s like a child’s dressing up bracelet rather than a classy women’s bracelet and almost £6 to send it is ridiculous. It could have been put in an envelope with a large stamp. Pointless and expensive wrapping it up like a classy piece of jewellery when the item does not reflect that. Sorry not being rude but my honest opinion. I love the look of the green and gold with gold heart and would have bought that for my friend’s birthday but seeing the one I’ve already bought looks nothing like it’s advertised , I would not buy anything else.”

“Julia Rose is a go to favourite of mine, I appreciate the quality of all the items I have purchased. I have never returned anything. The scarves are great colours, quality and warm. “When I needed to get a scarf delivered quickly for a friend's birthday, Julia was so helpful and accommodating. It was a joy to be able to speak with her on the phone and get the reassurance that my gift would arrive in time. “I ordered the bracelet as a present. It arrived promptly, well packaged and simple gift wrapping. No problems. I had an issue with the web site when trying to pay by card. Using the PayPal button instead worked fine, so use that if the card payment problem still persists.”
