“I have several sets of bed linen from London And Avalon now. They only improve with age and are wonderfully luxurious to lie in. I have just washed, ironed and made my bed fresh and ready. I can’t wait for my evening bath, and the pure bliss of slipping under those crisp smooth sheets”

“I came across the brand while searching for a nice gift to celebrate my cotton anniversary. I read some reviews online and they were all great. I really liked the designs they offer and the personalisation options. I engaged with support to ask a couple of questions and they were very attentive and responded so quickly, I was genuinely impressed that I was sold on buying from them. I made my purchase online without any troubles and had my order delivered 2-3 days later, which I thought was very fast. I was so surprised that I recevied a lovely handwritten note regarding my anniversary which I really appreciated. The products are extremely nice quality and delivered exactly what I was looking for: a luxury hotel experience every night! I didn't know I needed this level of quality in my bed but it has been incredible that I might order more of their products. I would recommend 10/10”

Good afternoon, I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with your pillows. Please do get in touch with us at sleepconcierge@londonandavalon.co.uk so we can help you further. It is the Feathers out of the Feathers and Down that provide the support and 'firmness', so certainly you have chosen the firmest pillow within the natural European Duck Filling. With Duck Down also included, you will always have an element of squishiness and softness. An alternative would be to try our Allerban range, which is a much firmer type of fill, as well as being Hypoallergenic. Please do get in touch so we can help you further, Best wishes, Jo
