Hi Jill, thanks so much for taking the time to review us. Our filled goods are all freshly filled to order, as explained on our website, with a lead time of 10-15 working days. It was unfortunate that your order of the 22nd December then coincided with the mill's Christmas closure until early January. For this reason, and the natural bottleneck, we understand it was frustrating not to receive them until 11th January. We hope you are enjoying your pillows though, now and for a long time to come. “the items purchased over a period of time have always met my expectation. My own concern is that pillow cases do not appear to last long!”

“Excellent service and lovely quality. My only criticism is that the sheet is far too big for a double bed. It reaches the floor on each side and will take ages to iron. I wish it had been a proper double rather than a double/king size. Having said that, the fabric is great but I haven’t ironed it yet as this is the first time a I have used it so don’t know how easy it is to iron.”
