“Contaminated product, terrible customer service, I just wanted to support a black business owner and instead I was met with truly deplorable behaviour by organisation members via email as well as the husband of the owner of investment company that holds 100 shares of the business via telephone. Not only that but I also found during my research that the company was not following regulations. Avoid at all cost. Girl power and supporting black businesses should never come at the expense of your health and safety. Receiving customers service should not be reserved for those willing to do the research and make the right calls. Customer service should not include the nonsensical shifting of blame to third party organisations, lying and gaslighting. Truly shameful.”
