“I ordered a shadow stick set in the Black Friday sales and my delivery seemed to be taking a while so I emailed them to ask where my order was and was told one of the shades in the set was out of stock. I then received an email to say my account will be refunded. If they didn’t have a shade in stock then pull it from the website (it’s really not that difficult to manage). My partner had similar problems when ordering too so we’ve now given up!!”
