“I placed my order with them on November 22nd but before that I emailed/DMd them across several platforms and directly at least 5 times about a shipping discrepancy in their site for US customers. I didn't get an answers until Dec 8th (which of course was after I had placed my order and after another email on Nov 25th.) Their response was "Free shipping only applies to orders over $100 for US orders. (Listed nowhere in their site and system told me I was eligible with less than that.) We are such a small team and been super busy with black friday week. We’ve had an error with emails bouncing back during Black Friday rush, which caused a backlog in responding to messages. I’ve also contacted our web team to update the website so that shipping‑offer information is displayed more clearly — thanks for pointing that out."

Order FINALLY shipped out on Dec 3rd... here we are and the tracking had been stuck at some airport since Dec 11th. I can't contact the support team for the tracking site unless I download the app WHICH IS UNAVAILABLE FOR USA CLIENTS!
