“The cue is lovely, a good weight and looks the part but the tip is very basic, so much so I had to stop using the cue and I am now changing the tip as it sounds very tinny and I was miscueing a lot”

“Cue feels great and definitely has helped improve my break. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is after four or five breaks the tip came off and have had to replace the tip myself. Other than that very happy with the cue”

“Although the case and 1G ball set were spot on the packaging was very poor, the problem being that the cardboard box was not big enough for the contents, it had been manufactured to fit with a lot of parcel tape, also a fist size rip at one end, which I presume was done in transit. Having said all that I was very pleased with the set of 1G balls.”

“As per JP Sports directly I'd say that I was not all that happy to see that the tip upgrade I went for with my new cue wasn't shaped properly and that is disappointing as to have it done properly is everything, really... The delivery was not good as it took 3 days longer than suggested/expected and I can only imagine that JP Sports are being let down by their selected delivery company. My new cue though is great and I'm happy with it!!”

“I ordered blue diamond tips but unfortunately the very first one that I fitted was very poor and spongey. I then took it off and fitted another which appears fine so hopefully a rogue to where the leather has not bonded. Cheaper than Paris cues and came within two days so great service there guys. Thank you. Jason”
