“I think the packaging may be worth looking into as the box was split in the middle when I received it. There is a small mark on the cue but it seems OK. Maybe look at using solid tubes instead. Can send a photo of the packaging if required.”

“Whilst the service and advice was good the product wasn't as stated. I ordered the medium weight 18-18.5 oz peredon chiltern and recieved one that was over 19 oz in the heavy bracket. As I live on my own and work 6 till 6 it would be to difficult to return and exchange.”

“Delivery was on time. I've never had one of these Super soft Tips before and I'm concerned that it's not as soft as I would have liked. Will it soft up with more play? I've used Elk master and Blue diamond for many years so I am a bit disappointed so far. Sorry John parrot”
