“Ordered a Taom V10 chalk as a gift, the photo online shows this item is boxed. When it arrived it was in a clear plastic bag why show a picture of a box definitely MIS SELLING!!!”

We're sorry for the delay to your order. Royal Mail are struggling at the moment due to industrial action compounded by the Christmas season and the extreme weather. I understand customer services have provided your tracking details and we expect this to be with you very soon.

“Quick delivery but when the item arrived it was useless until I repaired it as it would have cost me more time and money to send it back. I emailed them about the item and admitted there not the best of things they sell, also explained even though its advertised as a tip shaper that it's not. I've kept it but will not be using them again.”

“Unfortunately the photo provided for my snooker cue case didn’t marry with what arrived so my cue extension doesn’t fit in. Delivery and correspondence can’t be faulted but it wasn’t what I was expecting to receive.”
