“I bought a peradon Cue for my Dad for Christmas. John Parrot posted it free of charge and it arrived 2 days later. Excellent service and helpful on the phone. And the Cue itself is perfect. Highly recommend.”

“The information on the web site was reasonably good, the price of the goods were good compared to some other sites. Buying experience was good. I also received a follow-up phone call to check that the cue I was buying being 18oz and not 17 1/2 oz was ok. Thought that was very good customer service. Cue arrived within a couple of days via courier. So far, excellent.”
