Sod’s law My original order arrived the same day. The quality of the tips from JPS far exceeds the tips I first ordered I am well pleased. Because of pandemic be prepared to wait a little longer in some cases.”

“Fantastic service provided. I wanted a replacement tournament white and was apprehensive about what I would receive. I was called up before dispatch to be assured of the product I was to receive and was even offered a refund if that wasn’t sufficient for me. I am so chuffed over my new ball as it’s not brilliant white but, as close to it as I can get. I’ve bought two others from other so called reputable companies and had miserable products at best. I’m never shopping from anywhere else in the future for any snooker product that I need. Your customer service is exceptional. Now all I’m wondering is where the hell have I been all your life!”
