“Cue ordered as birthday gift but not delivered after five weeks, with no notification of a delay - or any delivery update from the company at all. Emailed "customer service" and got no reply. Phoned "customer service" and got recorded message saying "unavailable". Seems others have my experience of being let down by John Parrott Sports. About to dispute payment with PayPal.”
