About Jericho Coffee Traders:

Kiwi James and his wife Lizzie had always been in love with the idea of having their own coffee business, often scheming about how they would go about starting it up.

The opportunity came in 2009 when they found a beautiful Vespa trike for sale on the side of the road, and both thought: “that needs a coffee machine on the back of it”! And so, Jericho Coffee Traders was born!

Now we have a thriving online business and three locations in Oxford, UK - our Espresso bar on the High Street, our Cafe at the Oxford Castle, and our Cafe & Roastery on Osney Mead - all serving delicious espresso and filter coffees accompanied by locally made pastries and cakes.

Ordered some coffee online. Coffee was good, packed not very well there was lots of grounds just in the postage bag but not a big issue. I think delivery was timely via royal mail. Price on the more expensive side but product is good. Unfortunately we we're only sent half our order. Order 1 kg only got 0.5 kg, attempted to reach out via email on a couple of occasions via email. Had no response over a 2 week period, customer service was really bad. With, so many coffee shops in the area probably won't come here in the future.

We’ll send you a replacement 1kg bag of our Adventurer Blend (plus something extra!). We are making changes to improve how quickly we respond to any customer issues in the future. I’m a regular customer who usually orders from your company to have a special beans. However, my recently ordered #19371 and the ordered suppose tow whole roasted beans as 500mg bag, then I received 227mg as you can see in the picter attached! So I made payment as 500mg of whole beans but I received 227mg of while beans?

Hi Tawfeeq. So sorry to hear that you didn't receive the correct order. As you are a regular customer, we hope you appreciate this error is unusual! We've sent the 500g replacements to you today. Please keep the extra 227g bags by way of an apology!
