Ordered some coffee online. Coffee was good, packed not very well there was lots of grounds just in the postage bag but not a big issue. I think delivery was timely via royal mail. Price on the more expensive side but product is good.
Unfortunately we we're only sent half our order. Order 1 kg only got 0.5 kg, attempted to reach out via email on a couple of occasions via email. Had no response over a 2 week period, customer service was really bad. With, so many coffee shops in the area probably won't come here in the future.
