“I have been using House of Malt for many years and have never had any issues with them. They have an excellent range of stock at very competitive prices and all my orders have been delivered quickly and on time. I have no idea how they would deal with an inquiry or a complaint as I have never had an issue.”

“This is a brilliant company. The rum I ordered arrived very quickly but it had different packaging. I emailed to make sure it was the right rum and I was responded to very swiftly and reassured it was correct. Brilliant customer service, I would definitely order from here again.”
