“Quick delivery”

“Everything went find on the ordering side, but DPD couldn't deliver the parcel (my brother was out of the country), so sent it to the local post office. That's fine, but my brother wasn't going to be back in time before DPD take the parcel back from the post office and return it to you. They are totally uncontactable on this subject. I upgraded this to 4 stars as House of Malt had the item redelivered very rapidly. Would be 5 stars without DPD being involved.”

“This same glass was bought for me from my son while he was on holiday in Edinburgh and I so much enjoyed a dram from this lovely glass, the design ensures you get the best from your drink and I love it so much that I bought this one for my son!”

“Great selection of spirits, mixers etc. not widely available elsewhere. I was replenishing my drinks cupboard with sour cherry negroni ingredients. Some items were out of stock hence 4* not 5* but delivery arrived promptly and was very well packed.”
