“Competitive prices, prompt delivery, good quality packaging. All good – but some might find the total absence of any communication a tad unsettling. Click on ‘order’ – then. nothing. No order confirmation, no receipt, no status advice, no delivery updates – no nothing. No email, no text, no phone call. Just silence. A couple of days later, the order arrives, out of the blue. Maybe HoM is run by Trappist monks but, whatever the case, it works. I got the whisky I ordered, delivered to my door within 48 hours, in perfect order, at the best price on the net.”
