“There was initially an issue with the delivery of my order, which it transpires was beyond the control of House of Malt. As soon as the issue came to their attention, the delivery charge was refunded and a replacement product sent immediately. The customer service I received was excellent.”

“I have been a regular, longterm customer of 'House of Malt' for several years. They generally provide a great professional service in relation to any purchases made. The protective packaging is excellent applied to any items sent. The contracted delivery company they use is good too. Whenever a query arises it is dealt with swiftly and effectively. All in all, HoM provide a superb and valued service.”
