“I was at a loss in terms of a gift and short on time for I’m getting something for their birthday. I found house of Malt online and after price comparison they were the best price for the gin I needed and could deliver in time. I made an error and the delivery address showed as mine rather than my cousins where I was visiting. I contacted them and in not time it was all sorted and I was kept informed on progress of deliver. All arrive in time and was perfect”

“I stand corrected. Have just received incredible customer service from Jordan and the team. Where DPD were unresponsive, you guys went above and beyond to track down the parcel and redirect to the correct address (completely my fault for supplying the incorrect address). Thanks again. My parcel has not arrived, and there is no indication from DPD when it will arrive.”
