“Even though there was an issue with my order (which wasn’t House of Malt’s fault), the customer service was so brilliant. The staff who looked after me were speedy and friendly in their responses, and offered me several options for resolving the problem. I’m really happy with the service I received and once I’d confirmed how I wanted to proceed, my order arrived so quickly!”

“Ordered wine and whisky Friday lunchtime and by Saturday afternoon all had been safely delivered. Even that company named after a South American river usually can’t beat that. Lovely wine consumed in the next 24 hours but saving the whisky for a special occasion.”

“Once I had dealt with the website ordering challenges the process went smoothly and quickly. The packaging of 4 bottles was impressive. I had difficulty entering an alternative delivery address (for if I was not in), then my credit card details were "not recognised"(okay elsewhere) and I was auto-directed to Paypal - fortunate to have an account there”
