“I ordered a couple of bottles of whisky last week and within an hour or so of receiving my order confirmation, I was contacted and informed of an error (minor error) in the printing of their email campaign. I was given the option of cancelling for a full immediate refund which I declined and received my order(plus a complimentary tasting glass) next working day. A fast, efficient and honest service. If you are looking for reasonably priced rare, rare(ish) or otherwise whisky, give House of Malt a try.”
