“Been buying whisky from the house of malt for nearly 2 years & can definitely say they are a great company to deal with Iv only ever had 2 issues 1 was the fact evri damaged my parcel but house of malt refunded my payment without issue & the other was a 2 week wait for dispatch but they contacted me explained the problem & have put a free taster in with my order im still waiting for this delivery but I believe it's being dispatched on the 31st oct so hopefully not much longer”

“The price of my whiskies from the House of Malt was excellent. These were dispatched within a couple of days by House of Malt, but however the parcel lingered for 7 days after they reached Evris delivery depot near me. This is not unusual with Evri as they wait until the have a full van before dispatching goods to our area ( usually up to a week or before sanctions are imposed by the senders) . Not good enough. Please change your carriers for rural locations. They are damaging your reputation.”

“I bought these bottles as gifts and was so disappointed when they arrived packed in inflatable plastic packaging, I made a phone call to query why they were not in card tubes as all my previous purchases of malt, I was told this is how they come, not impressed.”
