“Ordered a bottle of champagne for a friend - I couldn't see that I could add 'gift' instructions and when I ordered it I had all kinds of mix-ups with address's and things --- I sent a quick email to House of Malt explaining what had happened and giving all the right info and everything was rectified straight away! Very Happy”
