“Prompt receipt of 2 Specialist bottle's which are difficult to source, 60%+ ABV, at a very reasonable cost, without any delivery charge, proof not all Whisky vendor's ( take note Distillery's ) are intent on fleecing Customer's. It's enough to make an old Whisky fan teary eyed.”

“I ordered a really nice single malt as a treat last week from House of Malt. I only discovered them also last week, just looking through different sites etc. I am very impressed with the company. Firstly it was very easy to place order, the actual order came very early, about 3 days before i expected it to which was great. To me it was an expensive bottle-though great value, and i was pleased with how well the packaging of the item was. No risk of any damages whatsoever. All in all, i will very likely use them again.”

“although I had trouble with my delivery as the item I purchased turned out to be out of stock, they were really responsive and as a gesture offered me an alternative bottle of a superior quality, very last minute and got it delivered on time (it was a birthday gift). really good customer service, and I will order again from them”

“All good on delivery. My only beef was that I ordered Rock Oyster as the photo in the advert. My order was confirmed as Rock Oyster as it was dispatched but when the receipt arrived it was Rock Island. I found out on the web site the name was changed due to people fearing oysters were dangerous! Part of the reason for the order was to get the original named bottle and package.”
