“Fast delivery --- next day free delivery is Excellent from Carlise to Birkenhead . Stocks seem a bit low so tend to find that a bottle that I would have Purchased is now out of stock . Prices are competitive Would have given 5 stars IF I could have got the bottle I wanted recently Stock IS up to date Website could be a bit better ---needs improvement regarding payment taking & confirmation ( Possibly a glitch on the Saturday I ordered ---stated Invalid order in my Orders but Order DID arrive the following Tuesday )”

“Service was quick and item was packaged well although I have noticed floating debris in the bottle when recently unpacked. The bottle is in good condition and is a screw cap design although it looks like cork debris floating in the whisky. There was no footnote on advertising to highlight this condition. Can you please advise.”
