“Ordered this as a gift. Was delighted that it arrived promptly (two days later) and in time for Christmas as the website wasn't making any promises. I was able to keep up to date with it's progress with the tracking, so could check that it had arrived safely. Can't comment on the product itself as I haven't had any feedback yet.”

“Since this was a Christmas gift for I’m not a Scotch drink, your Sales Associate was very helpful in helping me select a bottle either the preferred characteristics and price point. I only wis he could have completed the transaction during my call from the US. However, he walked me through how to easily find the bottle on your website. Your website was easy and quick. Still, I wish he could have completed the sale over the telephone. I’m old school.”

“Made an order just before Christmas for a pre-Christmas delivery. Was kept fully informed at all times with progress of my order, which was delivered on the date I was told it would be. Delivered by DPD local, who also kept me informed of progress of delivery.”

“Excellent service every time. Only once did they get an order slightly incorrect (sent a standard strength rather than the cask strength bottling). However, they offered a couple of different options and refunded the difference. It was easy and efficient. I almost exclusive use HoM. Best prices around.”

“There are a great choice of quality Whiskeys at prices to suit everyone. Each one has a description and there is help available to make your decision easier. The despatch time was amazingly fast and the well packaged items arrived well within 48hrs. The service throughout was exceptional and I highly recommend The House of Malt, I will definitely be using them again in the future.”

“My husband has a collection of whisky’s this one being one of his favourites and the first one I ever bought him, yes he’s had it a while. So I decided to treat him to his favourite tipple again. It was so easy buying from house of malt, the transaction from start to delivery was efficient and fast. Well wrapped on arrival too.”
