“Before lockdown Hamiltons used to be at Romsey market each Saturday and most weeks we were customers, however with a return to more normal they no longer work markets. It was wonderful being able to buy direct and the quality was excellent and very reasonable, the only downside being not having the cheerful interaction on the stall”

“Quality of fish and amount very good value for money Disappointed with the selection that was sent gurnard and John Dory, needed to be in master chef to know what to do with it. Expected to see a few bones, the red mullet had at least 12-14 bones in. Best regards Ann”

“This is freshest fish we are very happy it’s worth every penny no fishy smell only problem to much flat fish but I love it anyway it is a lovely surprise to open the box to see what we have very happy”

“The delivery was as stated.the packaging was damaged but the fish were ok .have not all the fish yet .the plaice were very good as was the huss but the kippers were poor no taste and very salty would not buy them again”

“Trout got lost (couriers mistake) but the fish were still nice and cold when arrived day late. Rang Hamiltons who found out what was happening and let me know quickly - and reassured me the fish should be OK as plenty of ice gel packs in there. And they were fine.”
