Firstly the beanbag its self is tiny for the price, the size guide shows it should be the size of a adult not a child! secondly when i wanted to then upgrade and get a bigger one i never got a reply email from you! very disappointing would not recommend, looks more like a dog bed than a giant beanbag.

The bean bag is great, but the delivery service was absolutely, indescribably, shockingly, trauma-inducingly terrible. So I shall be broadcasting my message from the rooftops - as long as this company puts its deliveries in the hands of the abominable PDP, steer clear!! *(post script): I now see that you have left a reply attempting to minimise the problems I experienced, so allow me to explain further. The bean bag was a 13th birthday present for my daughter. My only requirement was that it should arrive in time for her birthday. Delivery was arranged for Friday - the birthday was the following Monday. We were away on holiday, but I arranged for my neighbour in the flat below mine, to take in the package. I was notified that the delivery had been unsuccessful, and would be attempted again the following day. The next morning the delivery guy called me and said that the parcel would not fit into my porch as one of the doors had rusted shut. He thought I had been informed of this problem the previous day. I hadn't. If I had, I would have been able to get my neighbour to resolve the problem. As it was, the delivery guy said he had no option but to take the parcel back to the depot, but said I would be able to collect it from there on Sunday when I returned. Hoping to do this, having no car, I hired a man with a van, for £40, to take me to the depot, in the wilds between Burgess Hill and Hurstpierpoint. I should add that on returning home I discovered that the delivery guy had not, on either visit, rung my neighbour's bell. She had stayed in for 3 days just waiting. Had the delivery guy rung the bell she could have taken the package into her garage. On arrival at the depot, I was told that in-person collections had been banned, due to Covid. So following the delivery guy's advice had lost me a morning and £40. However, the operative I spoke to promised - swore - that he would organize delivery for the following morning - my daughter's birthday. This turned out to be a lie. The next day, after days of attempting - in vain - to speak to a human within the DPD organisation, I came across a message online from someone who had discovered the *secret* customer service number - not displayed on the DPD website - which allows contact with a real-life customer assistant. I called it and was told that no delivery had been arranged but the depot would call me back within an hour. They didn't. But I was notified that my request for a delivery on Tuesday morning (!) had been successful. But I wanted delivery that day, my daughter's birthday. So I called the secret customer service number again and spoke to another sympathetic assistant. Again I was promised a call-back from the depot and again no such call ever arrived. Third call, third assistant, same story. So, yes, I eventually got the package on Tuesday morning, but your interpretation of events is very wide of the mark: I was caused 3 days of unnecessary stress and frustration by an inept, dishonest and unprofessional delivery company, and for the first time in 15 years of parenthood, one of my children was not able to open her parents' birthday present until the following day. (It was not even, in practical terms, the "next working day" as DPD were operative on all the days in-between.) I am still seething.

I purchased the Luxury Chenille Tri-Gamer Bean Bag and also the stool to match. The total cost was £179.98. This cost was advised to be a reduction with the beanbag on the site saying it’s original cost was £239.99 and the stool £92.99.... after receiving the items I can’t see how they were ever that original price and I’m genuinely shocked at the price of them now. As another review has since pointed out the bean bag is a lot smaller than the picture implies. I am a 9 stone female at around 5ft2 and it is small for me. They are both super light in weight and really uncomfortable. The cost of making these things must be incredibly low. Within 5 minutes of unpacking the items I emailed to ask for the free collection that is offered for a refund - I am yet to hear back but I am currently putting this down to them being understaffed or busy during this time and I will wait it out a little longer. But from a product perspective, terrible. The other positive reviews made me excited to be buying the items and I had recently sat in a really comfortable beanbag which made me want to purchase one myself. I have since asked my aunt where she purchased hers from and will be buying from them instead (and it’s even less money)

Hope you don't want to return your bean bag because even though it's a free return they use a courier that needs an adult home FOR THE ENTIRE DAY! Who wants to do that nowadays? Better to order from Amazon directly where you can drop off your package at your convenience.

Ordered the largest bean bag after seeing 2 people comfortably fit on in pictures. However we cannot fit 2 (normal sized) people on it in reality. £200 on a bean bag that is now sat in the corner unused.
