“I love my big bean bag sofa bed! The fill being separate made delivery easy, the boxes were big but incredibly light. Easy to fill & so, so comfy! My only confusion was that the delivery was in two boxes that arrived a day apart. The first box contained the cover so although I thought it was a bit low it was still super comfy. When I got an email from DPD the next morning giving me another delivery time I was confused but a quick call to a very helpful customer service lady at GBB & the confusion was cleared up. Quite why DPD don't put both parts of the same order on the same van I have no idea. To be fair, the box labels did say 1 of 2 & 2 of 2 but who looks at the small print on labels lol!! Super happy with my sofa & looking forward to curling up for movie nights on it. Thank you GBB for a great product.”

“I ordered over the Christmas period so expected a bit of a delay in delivery. I did email a couple of times just to ask when it would come and those emails went unanswered which was a bit frustrating. When the beanbag arrived it was really good quality, very well made and the dog is happy! Just would have been nice to have those emails answered for a bit more of a personal service. Still five stars though for the quality.”

“I'm really happy with the product I ordered and my overall experience with this company. This was my first purchase with them and I decided to go with the corduroy bean bag chair in large. The size is perfect for me, I'm 6'4 and it's really comfortable to sit in, it also doesn't take up a lot of space. The quality is also superb, very well made and adequately filled. The delivery took 12 days but I really don't have any complaints about that considering the current pandemic, and what I received was well worth the wait. Overall I would definitely purchase from them again if I'm in the market for another.”

“It is not very good! I was hoping for something softer but then I suppose it would have to be filled with feathers instead of hard beads. Very expensive for what it is. The cost of the beads and cover can't be more than £20 giving them about a £100 profit!”

Hi Ronnie, we do tend to send too much filling with our bean bags as the beans are pumped full of air which deflate after continued use. If you find it uncomfortable initially we recommend taking some of the filling out and storing it in a box (if you have the room!) until the beans have settled down. Please be mindful that all of our products are made here in the UK to a very high standard so that profit margin would be very off!- Megan

“Lovely item although was delivered just in a box that had been damaged & was open so the beanbag got wet as was raining that day! I did email but sadly didn’t get a reply. Not sure if ‘after service’ is that great.”
