“The beanbag arrived and was very comfortable, however it was too small, so rang for a replacement and they were really helpful and arranged collection for the beanbag and ordered me a new one.”

“Very nice pink velour beanbag. Ordered between christmas and new year which probably explains why i wasn't contacted for quite a while after ordering. Annoyingly, u are not given an estimated delivery date which makes it difficult to plan time off work to be in for delivery of such a large item. Reasonably comfortable to sit on but not the softest filling. May have to remove some of the 'beans' for optimum slouch. Looks pretty smart for a beanbag!”
