“Brilliant service, made in UK 👍 delivery to Scottish Highlands and no remote charge. Quality is really good as well. Excellent all round would definitely recommend.”

“It is not very good! I was hoping for something softer but then I suppose it would have to be filled with feathers instead of hard beads. Very expensive for what it is. The cost of the beads and cover can't be more than £20 giving them about a £100 profit!”

Hi Ronnie, we do tend to send too much filling with our bean bags as the beans are pumped full of air which deflate after continued use. If you find it uncomfortable initially we recommend taking some of the filling out and storing it in a box (if you have the room!) until the beans have settled down. Please be mindful that all of our products are made here in the UK to a very high standard so that profit margin would be very off!- Megan

“Lovely item although was delivered just in a box that had been damaged & was open so the beanbag got wet as was raining that day! I did email but sadly didn’t get a reply. Not sure if ‘after service’ is that great.”

“We like our bean bag chair though it isn’t as sturdy as I’d hoped and sags a bit at the back. No correspondence on updates with the order until I emailed to ask and suddenly it arrived the following day.”

Hi Amanda, unfortunately we do shut down for the Christmas break however these dates are advertised on our website. You emailed us on the 3rd in regards to your order and I emailed you back on the 5th, the day we returned. "Hi Amanda, sorry for the delay in getting back to you our office only reopened today. As all of our bean bags are cut and made to order we are experiencing longer lead times currently due to these unprecedented times and the christmas period. I will resend your confirmation email, so just make sure you check your junk folder as well! “The Brean Bag is great, my wife and kids love it. We were both impressed with the method that you use to fill the bean bags, beans in cotton bags, very clever, very easy to get the bag filled in minutes. we purchased bags from another supplier with loose beans in a big bag and we had to fill the bean bag with that , it was a struggle TBH, but yours was a doddle..Will reccommend.”
