“The quality of the product and service is excellent. The only problem I had was when wanting to open the bag to remove one of bags of beads. There are two zips for security, great! However, as I couldn't find the zip end (I could feel both) I ended up cutting both (excellent) end 'fillets' to find the zipper. A bit of string tied to the outer zip pull would have helped. But still a very good bed.”

“I knew the bean bag was going to be big but it’s huge and soooo comfy. I had to keep some of the bags of beans out as it would have been too high to sit on. There is now a fight between myself, my grandchildren and my 3 dogs to use it. Delivery was very quick and I had the choice to pick up from my local Sainsbury as I work long hours. Fantastic quality. Well packaged. Would definitely use company again!”

“I ordered the product on a Saturday for a Tuesday delivery. On Tuesday only part of the order came, so I had to take an extra day off on Wednesday to wait for the delivery. I asked if I can change the delivery address a day before, but they said it's too late.”

“very comfy, size XL has wallowing space for 1 and at a push you can fit 2. appears to be good quality materials though only owned for a week so far Edit: having sat on this daily for the last year and a half I can say it's still it's still soft, hasn't sagged and is just generally great. Can't imagine reading a book without it!”

“Smells toxic.The net filled bean bags get caught on the cover's velcro fastening strip as you try to load them into the cover, and are easy to tear.”

“Great website and the ordering process was easy. Delivery was very quick and I'm really pleased with my extra large bean bag - its SO comfy. The beans were delivered in 6 nets and the instructions recommended leaving the beans in the nets when filling the cover but i found the result a bit lumpy so I VERY carefully emptied each bag into the cover - as far as possible holding the bag of beans inside the cover. I only had a few escapees and the result is much more even and comfortable. The cover has an excellent double zip arrangement which is very secure so I'm confident the beans will stay inside.”

“I bought an XXL Chenille Charcoal Bean Bag last year for one of my daughters so that my four grandchildren could sit on it together watching videos over the Christmas festivities. The children loved being huddled up together and the adults loved to collapse on it - a year later it still looks great. My other daughter and her children love it so much she asked for the exactly same one as an early Christmas present. The only problem I had originally was visualising the size I wanted but GreatBeanBag give you pictures of their sizes so I studied them carefully and the one I purchased was exactly as shown. Delivery was on day requested and the Company are very friendly and helpful. The quality is well worth paying for.”

“Very efficient delivery but didnt realise I would need to put the bags of polystyrene balls in myself, there were too many bags in the parcel so I tried to put too many in and ended up breaking one, putting polystyrene balls all over the floor! Will be useful if we ever run out though! Customer service was helpful before I purchased the bean bag.”
