“I was very suprised to see the bean bag had to be assembled yourself with the bags of beans. I had great difficulty to fit them in and in the end had to remove some from the very thin netting. Not very impressed. Obviously done for transporting but caused a mess and a lot of time. The actual bean bag is good quality so was a shame.”

“There were a few issues with the return process and the delivery company DPD but Great Bean Bags e-mailed me and apologised for the difficulty I had with DPD. For this I am grateful and Ryan came across as sincere and understanding. Excellent customer service from him.”

“This is a ace, my kids I love it it’s bigger than I thought but perfect, also very very comfy, if your going to buy a massive bean bag this is the company to get it from. Customer servive was spot on when I had a question answered every question. 5 stars”

“Although there was a problem with the colour of the picture on the website to the one i got, the customer service team did an absolutely great job of swapping the items, they even gave some extra floppy's to pump up the sofa. I should have known to get the swatches at first. All in all... GREAT!!!”

“I was nervous about buying a beanbag online without being able to see or feel it, but the option of being able to choose the size, fabric and colour swung it and my goodness, it's perfect! Great communication during transit (this is obviously key with a package so large), and it's really great quality too - exactly what we wanted. I'd recommend Great Bean Bags to anyone, what we received was of far superior quality to the selection I looked at in a high street furnishings store.”

“I've had a Great Bean Bag for over 15 years and only no felt the need to add more filling. The cover and the filling has lasted excellently. Ordering more filling was easy and quick, I could choose my delivery day and it was delivered on the day I requested. Excellent product and service!”

“Fantastic affordable beanbags, excellent quality, arrived on requested day, easy to fill, very comfortable, beautifully made. We bought 2 beanbags in different shapes in the biggest available sizes, both very popular with the kids. Will buy again and highly recommend. Only downside, I'd have liked more colour choice with the jumbo cord beanbags, maybe a green one?”

“Happy customer I purchased a large bean bag to tide me over until I get a sofa... it arrived quickly... there was adequate filling... I was so happy that i reordered another shortly after. It does look white on the picture on the website but I would say it's more a cream/white... i would recommend using this company and its products plus the service was good and speedy even just before Christmas...Very Happy!”
