“Recently purchased a wedge beanbag. A bit of a hiccup with the courier company and the item didn’t arrive on the expected day. However, this was resolved and we cannot praise Emily highly enough, we had constant communication throughout and received exemplary customer service from both Emily and Stephen. Extremely impressed with both the product and the company. Many, many Thanks”

“Saw it, said it, got it! Easy to navigate website and it my choice reasonably promptly after ordering. Lovely product, exactly as described, the colour was a bit brighter than expected, but it's lovely and the been bag chair is so comfy, once me and the dog are in it, we don't want to get up again!”

“I would recommend this company,had a small problem with the order my fault I ordered the wrong colour.this was resolved immediately and my beanbag came very quickly with no issues.however when I unwrapped the beanbag one of the filling bags had a slight ladder in it.customer services were on the ball and within two days I had new bags in the post.this company went above and beyond to satisfy my needs and would recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“The retro corduroy beanbag is exactly what I wanted for grandson who loves reading and ‘chilling!’ Great quality, light and well made. Had a few concerns about size and safety so rang to enquire and was answered very quickly by a very helpful lady who not only reassured me but offered to make free exchange if necessary. This is a small family company who obviously take pride in their product and I highly recommend them.”
