“My granddaughter wanted a bin bag for a long time but reading many negative comments, mainly about the smell, size and poor stitching I always dismissed the idea. However, wanted to buy her something that she would really enjoy and decided to find a quality bin bag. I liked that greatbinbegs.com manufactured the bin bags in England, meet English fire regulations standards and I was hoping that It will not have stitching problems as the company is actually called ‘precision stitching’. I have chosen a large size with a 100% cotton covering. My 11 years old granddaughter was over the moon. I bought it for her for Christmas, it is very comfortable, no smell and no stitching problems. Used nonstop ever since, including her two brothers. It wasn’t the cheapest nor the most expensive bin bag, I am very please with the quality. 5 star for the company for quality and prompt delivery.”

“These bean bags are fantastic quality. They have been subject to a great deal of abuse by my energetic daughters and show no signs of wear and tear. The materials and stitching have all held up brilliantly and they are extremely comfortable.”

“The bean bag is fabulous, good quality material and well made. My daughter is enjoying lounging in its luxurious expanse. The customer service was excellent. I did not expect to receive it before Christmas but some how they came through and made it happen. We are very happy with our purchase.”

“Bought the large retro cord beanbag in blue as a Christmas gift for an eleven year old. Really impressed with the speed of delivery, quality of the bean bag and contacts with customer service. She was delighted with the gift which is huge, comfortable and very well made. Not the cheapest but certainly the best. Excellent all round - really pleased we found this company.”

“We were looking for a bean bag for our childrens bedroom. Our plan was just to have their beds and a large bean bag for reading (toys in playroom). We looked at a few companies and I emailed GreatBeanBags for some advice on size and colours. The guy who helped me was prompt and sent out a few samples and we decided on the grey fur xl slab. The bean ban arrived and me and the hubby set it up (which was easy 10 mins max) and had a good half hour trying it out in the different ways you can sit on it, flat, lounger style, sofa style etc. It's amazing for one person, huge for a little boy and comfortable for 2 good sized adults to chill on with little monkeys climbing all over us. You just don't want to get up out of it :). We've had minimal shedding from the fur. The size of xl is as big as most small/medium room would want to go I think but it does take up about 70% of the space we'd marked out from the measurements (due to filling). The foam beans for the inners arrived in mesh nets (intact no leakage) and we just popped those inside in the actual bean bag outer, so no faffing with millions of balls and the fur bag itself is double zipped which would prevent any leakage if any of the mesh bags eventually break down. I had seen reviews mentioning a smell, and there is the faintest smell which might be the ben bag or the kids new beds, however it's in no way unpleasant, overpowering or chemically, the room just smells how you'd expect with new furniture if that makes sense. I have no qualms putting a toddler and 5yr old in the room, it's fine. Overall super happy with the bean bag. The hubby wants to get one for our bedroom when we decorate next year and we've also passed the details onto friends who want to get one for their living room. Rare to find such great companies, thank you :)”
