“Awesome quality! Literally ‘Perfect Stitches’ and double zip is an excellent touch 😊 Delivered super quick and came in easy to manage ‘bean sacks’, so no messy, static filled transfer, thankfully 😅 Highly, highly recommended product and retailer ! 👍”

“Beanbag arrived really quickly and was just as described. The beanbag was very generously stuffed and the outer covering really well made and appears hard wearing. The bag is really comfy and is great for when I'm playing with our wee dog and trying to watch a film 😂. Thoroughly recommended”

“Lovely selection of fabrics, but extremely overpriced, malting materials and underfilled on delivery so doesn't hold shape. Really disappointing for such a high end price.”

“my original review was not great. Megan responded to it. If i was to give stars for customer service it would be 10. She arranged pickup and refund very quickly. My original review was placed because I was disappointed but I do think the product was very well made.”

“We ordered a Designer Velvet Couch Bean Bag from GreatBeansBags without really thinking it through in advance. We were very excited when it arrived and everything was good quality. Unfortunately for us the bean couch was too hard for lounging in front of the tv, even after removing a few of the bags did not make it soft enough for us but we should have thought about that when we ordered and it was no fault of the company and it also didn't have any back support. When I contacted their customer service - Megan was great and very efficient. She arranged for it to be picked up by courier the next day and I have already been refunded. I can highly recommend this company - just make sure you know what you are buying”
