“Our bean bag was great, until three years down the line when it was getting saggy and we wanted to refill it. The zip pull was tucked up under about 5cms of fabric, and we couldn't work it loose at all. We had to cut the fabric to access the pull, and found it was actually detached from the top of the zip, which had no stop tabs in place to retain it. It also looked like there was another zip underneath the first. When I contacted customer services they were dismissive to the point of rudeness. So check your refill zip when you receive your bag, as they won't want to know by the time you want to refill.”

Hi April, unfortunately your item was out of the warranty period by a significant amount of time. We use a double zip to make them tamper proof and a lot of our customers love this idea! If you felt someone was rude to you it would not have been anyone's intention; as we are a small company we pride ourselves on our customer services.

“Item arrived with fault making it unusable. Said they would send a replacement to me to arrive on Thursday, it did not. E-mail from courier stating it would be delivered on Friday... It was not. All-in-all not impressed.”

“If both bean bags had instruction sheets this would have been 5/5, unfortunately the one we opened first had no instructions so we emptied the beans from the sacks (the large beanbags are delivered unassembled) which took a long time!”
