“Ordering great. Delivery a bit of a nightmare. Ordered 2 beanbags for a set day on a Monday First delivered Sat. Second meant to be delivered Monday but failed to show. I had to contact the delivery company and reorganize for another delivery. Not impressed by delivery given cost of order.”

“I wish you had stitched both the care label and your logo labels inside the zip - these are the first things my dog chewed. Also, the previous one I bought from you had a really nice cover in a faux grey suede/pawprint, and was a nice addition to my decor.”

“Well I made the mistake of ordering the large for my Labrador and mis measured 😂so was going to change as it’s huge but he loves it ! Had ten beds over this year and chewed them all!! Not this one so here to stay !!! Great quality and service !!”

“It is hard to have an opinion on the bean bags at such an early stage as only had them a week. These reviews are better undertaken after you have at least had a chance to use them for an extended period. All I can say at this stage is they arrived on time, look well made and are comfy.”

“Love my beanbag! It isn’t the most beautiful piece of furniture in the world, but it must be a strong contender for the most comfortable. I realised I needed one during a post-storm power cut when I wanted to huddle in front of the gas fire, and since it has arrived, I can’t bear to sit anywhere else. Lovely corduroy, great colour, and it was delivered very efficiently and surprisingly quickly.. The only problem, at 74, is getting up out of it - but a minor problem, given I have long ago given up any pretence of dignity. What a lovely Christmas present to myself it is! Thanks to all concerned in its manufacture and delivery. Kate P.”

“Efficient ordering and delivery service, the beanbag was lovely but the shade of grey wasn't right with my grey carpet but I knew that was a risk, can't tell till you see it in real life. No fuss and prompt DPD collection and return was arranged. I recommend Great Beanbags as a company to deal with.”

“How often do you order something in extra extra large and when it arrives you’re disappointed ? Well not in this case. I have just built a very large man cave and wanted giant bean bags for the TV area and this is exactly what I got. When I ordered 6 of the XXL bean bags and 12 large boxes arrived then say no more. So easy to fill too with the beans already in bags which you place inside the main bag. And the colours of the bags absolutely vibrant just as I’d hoped. First class delivery too. 5 stars all day long. One very happy customer 😊”

“I bought a corduroy beanbag as a treat to myself. The whole process from ordering the fabric samples to receiving the finished product went very smoothly. And, more to the point, I’m thrilled with the bean bag. It’s beautifully finished and very comfortable. I could well find myself ordering another one soon!”

“I haven't had our bean bag out of the box yet because it's for my husband's birthday next week, and if I get it out I'll never get it back in! However, ordering was easy, and when I rang to say the quoted delivery date was inconvenient, it was a very pleasant surprise to get straight through to a person!!! She was pleasant and helpful and the bean bag arrived on the arranged day. Most impressed.”
