“Ordered 3 retro large bags for Xmas presents the week before Christmas and they arrived the following week. Great quality and comfort I remember when I was much younger as the filling gets compressed they become even more comfortable. Nice to be able to buy a present “made in England” .”

“I always wanted a bean bag but never found the one I liked. But finally, I discovered the Great Bean Bags site. I made a purchase, which was very easy to do and received my order very quickly. To my surprise, I was able to choose a delivery date which suits me - an absolutely amazing feature Once I received my parcel, I realized my bean bag is way too big for my space. So asked for an exchange. My request was dealt with an outstanding customer service quality. I just needed to fill in exchange form and everything else was sorted out by a member of staff - from collection of my previous order, to delivery of another bean bag. Overall, I had absolutely amazing customer service and I am extremely happy with the bean bag quality. Recommended 100%”

“Still waiting for delivery. Twice planned deliveries have failed due to the ineptitude of delivery firm, meaning a spoiled Christmas for one little boy! I have a further delivery planned for the 29th, not holding my breath though.”
