“I ordered a bean bag chair 24 Feb for my granddaughter, carefully entering delivery to her address nor mine. The confirmation email arrived the same day stating delivery would be to my address. I emailed the company and they quickly corrected that error (next day). At that stage there was no indication of when delivery would by despite the order indicating UK next day delivery by courier. I then had an email on 3 March telling me delivery would be next day, and indeed it was delivered on 4 March. These emails were from Greatbeanbags. I also had emails from Precision Stitching, a company I knew nothing about and as far as I was concerned I had had no dealings with. I binned the email as some sort of scam. From your latest email (10 March) asking for this review it becomes clear that Precision Stitching is the same company as Greatbeanbags. I suggest you save everyone a load of confusion by telling your customers they may get emails from either or both companies. Or mention Precision Stitching on the original order confirmation.”

“Our beanbag sofa arrived as we had been told, we were informed every step of the way and delivery was great. The product is very well built and the chenille cover is great in the grey colour, goes with anything. 😊”

“Was rather difficult to fill the bean bag as I'm only 5ft 2! It needed to be stood up to drop the sacks of polystyrene into. The cover was covered in fluff and chunks of red furry stuff so had to be hoovered before I could even use it. Too many polystyrene balls in it, it's quite hard and uncomfortable to sit on so will take one or 2 of the sacks out and get a floor cushion cover or pouffe cover to match. Good size though and good quality material”

“I'm really happy with my buying experience with GreatBeanBags and would highly recommend them to others! I originally purchased the the large retro classic bean bag in black, but it was much bigger than I thought it was going to be when it arrived. I called the customer service team and they were super helpful in arranging an exchange, they even sent over some size reference images showing an adult and a child sitting in 2 different types of bean bags to help me decide. I was able to swap my bean bag for one that was a different type, size and colour, the partial refund was processed quickly and the courier service was speedy! For anyone else who is unsure what size to get, I'm a 5'4", 22-year old female and the medium size bean bag chair is just the right size. If you want an especially big bean bag, I think the large would be good, but the medium is better if you are looking for something to fit in a smaller space.”
