“I stupidly ordered the beanbag plus polystyrene filling beads by mistake as I only wanted the empty cotton beanbag to fill with an eco filling (as polystyrene is horrible for the environment). They were very helpful and efficient at dealing with my error, taking the filling back the next day and refunding me the cost of the filling. It'd be even better if they could offer the eco filling (cleaned buckwheat husks which I ended up buying from Amazon) for any eco warriors!”
