“very poor service. They rang to say all although advertised they did not have in stock. The problem is except for 1 call. But have not called since to inform me what is happening.”

Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. We have looked into your order and we can see that we did have a stock error with this item. We do run a live stock website and we work really hard to keep it accurate, however on this occasion we were unable to locate it. We can see from our records that we contacted you immediately by phone advising of the error and we asked if you would like us to source them direct from the supplier. You agreed to this. We then followed this up with an email advising that the shoes had been ordered and there would be a 5 day lead time.
We can see see that you are now in receipt of the shoes and you received them within the time frame given.
We apologise for the stock error and the inconvenience caused
