“Obviously second hand shoes. Old box, shoes had clear evidence of being worn. Soles slightly dirty so maybe only tried on but second hand nevertheless.
Despite that, they are in very good shape so I’m keeping them.

Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. I have looked into your order and this is the first time we were aware that you are not in receipt of your parcel. I can see that your order is at the Edinburgh depot and has not moved since the 28th December. I will contact Royal Mail this morning and if the parcel is deemed as lost we will issue you another pair of shoes immediately.
