Good morning Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. I have looked into your order and I can see the original order was placed on 7th February and the shoes arrived with you next day on Wednesday 8th. You then returned the shoes back to us using our prepaid label and the shoes arrived back with us on Friday 10th February. We then actioned the return on Saturday 11th February. I feel that the turnaround of the exchange was fast and efficient. Kind Regards Clarkes' Golf
